We are dedicated to ensuring that all peers are treated with the best care and compassion. If you have any concerns, complaints, comments, questions, etc. please submit them on the form below and our agency supervisor will be in contact with you soon.
If after submitting the form, you are not content with how your concern was handled (when applicable), please contact the Executive Director.
You can do this by calling either center and asking for a meeting via, phone, zoom, or in person. If you are still not satisfied after meeting with the Executive Director, please contact the board president.
To get in contact with the board president, we ask that you call either center and leave your contact information to be given to the president. At that time, the president will contact you.
